From within the webBrochure, your customers sign-up for a referral campaign that you design and control. You define what you want the reward to be, the requirements that need to be met, start/expiration dates, any disclaimers or contact information you want and the campaign is instantly created. You can even preset campaigns for the future that “kick in” on a date you specify allowing you to plan ahead. Once your customers sign-up, they are taken to a page where they are given the required number of referral “sends” needed to earn their reward. They then receive a confirmation email stating they met the campaign requirements along with a printable coupon they can use to get the reward. In addition, your webBrochure administrator receives confirmation that one of your viewers has earned their referral reward.

 

Your customers present their referral coupon to you, and you type in the special code in the Coupon Validator. The referral codes can be validated one time, so once entered into the system, that code is now “dead.” The Coupon Validator then stores this ID number as being “used” and renders the coupon useless.
