⊕ Back Office Features
Overview
Every webBrochure includes “Back Office” tracking and reporting. When your webBrochure is sent using the “Send To A Friend” button in the brochure or through the Dashboard it allows the “Back Office” to track it's movement- you see if someone has opened it, when they opened it, who they passed it on to and a lot more.
This reporting system is found in the Dashboard under “Display Reports" where you see a quick 30-day snapshot of webBrochure activity, set filters to narrow results, see graphs and performance data and even read the email itself. Want to capture this data to measure your sales team's effectiveness? You simply download the results as a ".csv" file and view them in a spreadsheet program.
The “Back Office” also shows you how many "hits" your brochure has received. Not only is the brochure accessible through the emails, it can be opened like a regular website by typing the URL into a browser. When this is done, it registers as a “Direct Access” hit. You won't know who typed the URL, but you will know someone opened the brochure and what time it was viewed. You can list the webBrochure URL on your business card, and as people directly type the URL into a browser, it registers as a “Direct Access” hit.
This kind of information is invaluable and provides you with a great opportunity for follow-up with those prospects who are most interested in what you have to offer. Salespeople now see which prospects viewed the webBrochure multiple times which streamlines the sales process and shows them which leads are "hot." Our system gives your salepeople priceless insight into who to call and when.
